Vinyasa Yoga
A dance of breath, awareness, and embodiment.
Vinyasa has been part of my life for over two decades — first as a dancer, then as a yoga student, and eventually as a teacher. What drew me in was the rhythm. The freedom. The presence it asked of me. Over time, it became a mirror, a medicine, a daily return to the truth of my body and breath.
I teach Vinyasa not as a performance, but as a living, breathing ritual. A practice where every movement is infused with meaning, every transition becomes an opportunity to feel more deeply.
Each class is intuitive yet intentional, shaped by the energy in the room and the cycles of nature. We flow with breath as our guide, weaving together asana, alignment, and inner listening. Inspired by years of study in Jivamukti, Kula Yoga, and traditional Hatha, my classes blend creative sequencing with spiritual intention. Offering both grounding and upliftment.
This is not about perfect poses or pushing beyond your edge.
It’s about learning to move from the inside out.
It’s about inhabiting your body more fully, opening your heart, softening the mind — and remembering that you are whole, just as you are.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Vinyasa offers you a space to land — to breathe, to sweat, to feel, to let go.
