The 1:1 Class

A private yoga class is the ultimate experience of having a fully customised and guided practice that answers all your needs and wishes. It is a time to fully be with yourself and your practice, fully guided by me in all its stages.

During a private yoga class we strive for reaching the intention you’ve set for the practice; from learning the basics of yoga asanas, to deepening the practice you already have, or targeting a specific physical pain.

A private class offers a sacred, intimate space to nurture your inner and outer wellbeing.

The Practice

After over 25 years of experience in practicing and teaching yoga, I developed a unique combination of vinyasa and kundalini yoga.

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic, flowing practice that weaves breath and movement into one continuous rhythm. Each posture is guided by an inhale or exhale, creating a smooth, mindful sequence often described as a flow.

Kundalini yoga, also known as the Yoga of Awareness, is a transformative practice that combines movement, breathwork, chanting, and sound. Through repetitive sequences and focused awareness, it aims to awaken Kundalini energy—also known as Shakti—the vital life force believed to rest at the base of the spine.
