The 1:1 Class

A private yoga class is the ultimate experience of having a fully customised and guided practice that answers all your needs and wishes. It is a time to fully be with yourself and your practice, fully guided by me in all its stages.

During a private yoga class we strive for reaching the intention you’ve set for the practice; from learning the basics of yoga asanas, to deepening the practice you already have, or targeting a specific physical pain.

The private class is for you to connect with your internal and external wellbeing, in a safe and intimate atmosphere.

The Practice

After 20 years of experience in teaching and practicing yoga, I developed a unique combination of vinyasa and kundalini yoga.

Vinyasa is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that synchronizes breath with movement. In vinyasa, the practice is often referred to as a flow as each movement is linked to an inhale or exhale, creating a beautiful continuous sequence of poses.

Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses. Its purpose is to activate your Kundalini energy, or shakti. This is a spiritual energy that's said to be located at the base of your spine.
